Jill Cooke, Principal
I'm honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Treeline Elementary. As a lifelong resident of Lee County and a proud graduate of the Lee County School District, this opportunity is both personal and deeply meaningful to me.
After earning my degree from the University of Florida, I returned home to begin what has now been a 25-year journey in education. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, teacher leader, district coordinator, and assistant principal. Most recently, I served as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum at North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts, where I was proud to be named the 2024 Lee County Assistant Principal of the Year.
My passion lies in developing teacher leaders and creating a school culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired. I believe school should be a place people want to be, not a place they have to be—and that starts with building strong relationships with staff, students, and families.
When I am not at school, I love going to the beach and spending time with my family. I am the proud mama of two adult son's, one of whom is playing football a Western Carolina University and the other who serves our community working in the construction industry. My husband and I have been married for 22 years and love going on cruises.
I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter at Treeline Elementary and look forward to working alongside our amazing team to serve our students and community.
Donna McFee, Assistant Principal
Hello! My name is Donna McFee and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Treeline Elementary, a role I've held since 2016. Before stepping into administration, I taught 3rd grade, where I discovered my passion for guiding students both inside and outside the classroom.
At Treeline, I strive to support our teachers, students, and families by creating a positive and welcoming school environment where every child can thrive. Helping students grow academically , socially and emotionally is at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my family. I have two adult children and four wonderful grandchildren who keep me smiling and inspired every day. I feel so fortunate to be part of the Treeline community and look forward to many more years of learning and growing together!
Shannon Plante, Assistant Principal
Hi, I'm Shannon Plante, and I'm currently in my third year as Assistant Principal at Treeline. My passion is connecting with our students and ensuring they have a positive and successful school year. When I'm not on campus, I love to be outdoors with my two golden retrievers or out on the boat. I look forward to a wonderful school year!
