Mission: To prepare all students to succeed in a caring learning community.
Vision: To provide a quality education that empowers individuals to become caring, global, responsible citizens who value learning.
This year’s goal: Strive for 55 in every area!
We had a wonderful week of learning and fun here at Treeline! It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the halfway point of the quarter — time is flying as we race toward our holiday pit stop.
Please take note that we have many exciting activities and events coming up over the next two months (and likely a few more added as we go). At the heart of everything we do is your child’s learning and growth. We’ll be checking progress with PM2 assessments — grades 3–5 in December and grades K–2 in January.
🌟 New: Shop Online Incentive Program
Starting Monday, we are launching a Shop Online Incentive Program! Please note that we do not want you to buy anything from the company directly. We are only asking that you create an account for your child and invite friends and family to use School Store when shopping online this holiday season.
If you prefer not to create an account or send invitations, you can still support Treeline by shopping directly through the School Store website, which features over 300 participating merchants. A percentage of all eligible sales will come back to our school — every bit helps!
We truly appreciate your support and partnership in helping our students and school thrive.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child’s teacher. We’re here to help and to partner with you in your child’s success!
As always: Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Safe 🐸♥️

Leader in Me 🎯
|
Habit 3 - Put First Things First means to finish my work first before I play. This week’s character trait is “Accountable,” which means that I can be trusted to do the work that I am responsible for. I can hold myself accountable and complete my work first so then I can have time to play with my friends.
How are we accountable for our emotions? Do we know what to do when we are angry? Try this exercise as a way to reflect and help us be accountable for our emotions.

SchoolStore - online shopping incentive🛒
|
On Monday, your child will be bringing home a lanyard for our SchoolStore kick off. This is not a fundraiser and you DO NOT have to buy anything. We are simply asking that you follow these instructions and invite friends and family to log in through SchoolStore before shopping at their favorite online retail stores. Treeline will get a percentage of all of the online sales! If your student sends the 8 invitations on Monday and brings back their lanyard with the prize code Tuesday or Wednesday they will get a book buddy! Here is a video to explain more.

Fingerprinting for Volunteers☝️
|
The portal for fingerprinting will open on Monday, November 3rd. If you want to chaperone field trips, you will have to be fingerprinted. There is a $75 fee and their fingerprints last for 5 years. If you choose this option, please only select field trips from the drop down as our school doesn’t participate in some of the other choices. Here is the link to the Volunteer Website. The fingerprint link will be at the bottom of the website.
